Senior Director, Healthcare Consulting – Workforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate performance enhancement projects

• Manage financial aspects of engagements, including budget management and revenue forecasting

• Utilize analytical and critical thinking abilities

• Effectively communicate to grasp client challenges

• Foster robust relationships with executives and guide change initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory

• A minimum of 10 years in healthcare consulting and/or performance enhancement experience

• Relevant experience in hospital operations, managing a significant hospital department

• Experience in senior project leadership and managing complex design and implementation

• Strong leadership and managerial abilities

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Willingness and capability to travel up to 80% weekly
