This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Ensure the seamless operation of mid revenue cycle processes, which encompass coding, charge capture, revenue integrity, and payer reimbursement.

• Oversee and enhance financial metrics including charge capture, case mix index, late charges, DNFB, and net revenue enhancement.

• Drive complex performance improvement initiatives to guarantee successful outcomes for clients.

• Manage the economic aspects of engagements, including budgets, revenue forecasting, margins, invoicing, and billing.

• Assess benefits, identify risks, and devise solutions for performance improvement projects.

• Comprehend client challenges, develop tailored solutions, manage client expectations, and present proposals and presentations.

• Establish executive-level relationships and spearhead change processes.

• Identify new business opportunities and utilize Huron’s resources to fulfill client objectives.

• Engage in and support team sales efforts for mid revenue cycle solutions.

• Travel as needed based on client, enterprise, or project demands, averaging less than 50% annually.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is necessary.

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare management consulting is essential.

• Strong healthcare consulting expertise is crucial.

• Experience in leading and executing revenue cycle improvement projects, which include service capture, CDM, coding, billing, and reimbursement processes.

• Knowledge of revenue cycle enhancement strategies and methodologies, including process redesign, technology enhancement, workflow automation, and performance management.

• Ability to travel as needed based on client, enterprise, or project requirements; the current Healthcare practice average is less than 50% annually.

• Direct supervisory experience with individuals and large, complex teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• US Work Authorization is required.
