This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Collaborate directly with procurement teams, supply chain, operations, finance (AP), and regional groups to jointly outline future-state P2D processes, system requirements, and integrated controls.
• Conduct workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, and meticulously document comprehensive business, functional, and control requirements that contribute to the global JDE blueprint.
• Ensure that requirements align with business needs while promoting global standardization, control effectiveness, and compliance readiness.
• Drive the definition and approval of the global P2D process blueprint.
• Design, execute, and embed strong, system-enforced operational and financial controls within ERP across P2D.
• Work alongside the System Integrator to convert business and control requirements into ERP configuration decisions.
• Create, review, and sustain detailed test scripts and scenarios that confirm both process/system functionality and control operating effectiveness.
• Spearhead change management initiatives to foster adoption, mitigate resistance, and ensure that users comprehend and consistently follow the new processes and controls.
• Create and enforce global P2D policies, procedures, KPIs, and the overarching global control framework.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline is required; an MBA or Master’s is preferred.
• Professional certification is highly preferred (e.g., CPSM/CPM, CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent).
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or shared services, including a minimum of 5 years in a global P2D/Procurement/Supply Chain process ownership or transformation leadership role.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or JDE), with a strong preference for JD Edwards.
• Demonstrated history of leading or significantly supporting at least one complete ERP implementation cycle (greenfield or global template rollout) in a multi-site, multi-business-unit environment.
• Practical experience in developing test scripts, leading user acceptance testing (UAT), managing defect resolution, and making go/no-go decisions.
• Proven success in delivering large-scale training programs and facilitating organization-wide change adoption across procurement, supply chain, operations, and shared services during ERP transformations.
• Direct experience in designing, implementing, and documenting internal controls and segregation-of-duties (SoD) across P2D processes (e.g., vendor setup, purchasing approvals, receiving, invoice matching, inventory adjustments).
• Experience collaborating with global business services.
• A successful record of harmonizing differing site-level procurement, receiving, inventory, and delivery/fulfillment processes, master data, and customizations into a standardized global model.
