📋 Description

• Lead Regional GTM Strategy: Own the comprehensive execution of the go-to-market strategy, ensuring that Sales, BDR, and CS teams are coordinated on regional objectives and tailored playbooks.

• Scale Strategic Partnerships: Take charge as the primary contact for identifying, negotiating, and managing valuable alliances that act as a catalyst for our regional expansion.

• Matrix Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to cross-functional teams operating under a dotted-line reporting structure, nurturing a culture of accountability and high performance.

• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Connect local market demands with global strategy, ensuring that CS and Sales are well-integrated to enhance customer lifetime value.

• Market Advocacy: Represent the region, delivering insights to global product and marketing teams to ensure our offerings stay competitive in the APAC market.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven GTM Leadership: Significant experience in leading Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development roles, ideally within the technology or SaaS industry.

• Matrix Management Expertise: Proven ability to influence and lead teams without direct hierarchical authority (dotted-line management).

• Partnership Specialist: A solid history of establishing and executing effective partnership programs from inception.

• Regional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the APAC business environment and go-to-market intricacies.

• Strategic Communication: Skill in navigating complex internal structures and external negotiations with senior stakeholders.

• Minimum Requirements: Must be based in Singapore.

• Multilingual: Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Hindi (in addition to English) to effectively communicate with a diverse range of regional partners and stakeholders.
