This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Spearhead the strategic development, philosophy, and advancement of all essential global compensation initiatives.
• Act as the primary architect for global equity refresh strategies and equity programs.
• Manage relationships with global and regional benefits brokers to enhance program competitiveness.
• Execute and supervise intricate pay analyses, providing data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.
• Advocate for the integration of AI, advanced statistical analysis, and contemporary compensation tools.
• 10–12+ years of extensive and progressive experience in total rewards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Advanced expertise in data modeling and a thorough understanding of modern enterprise data ecosystems.
• Practical experience with contemporary compensation and HR systems (e.g., Workday Compensation, Radford, Pave).
• Demonstrated success in managing complex cross-functional relationships.
• High level of proficiency in Google Suite and AI technologies (Claude/Gemini/NotebookLM, etc.).
