Senior Director, Global Supportability – Readiness

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the comprehensive product readiness strategy for Agentforce and Data 360.

• Establish and sustain an organized product feedback loop.

• Collaborate closely with Product, PMM, and Engineering teams.

• Foster cooperation with Alliances.

• Ensure that Support, Customer Success Guides, and Architects are fully equipped.

• Create scalable and repeatable enablement programs.

• Monitor and enhance Agentforce on Help performance.

• Develop dashboards and establish operating rhythms.

• Act as a point of escalation for significant readiness deficiencies.

• Build, nurture, and retain a high-performing, globally distributed team of readiness leaders and individual contributors.

• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and cross-functional teamwork.

• Represent the Readiness function in senior leadership discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Enablement, Product Operations, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience leading global teams.

• Proven success in developing product-to-field readiness programs at scale, preferably within a SaaS or cloud context.

• Strong grasp of AI, data platforms, or CRM product ecosystems.

• Exceptional cross-functional influencer.

• Demonstrated capability to align Product, Engineering, and Customer Success around a unified readiness agenda.

• Data-driven leader with a track record of monitoring operational KPIs.

• Outstanding executive communication abilities.

• Experience in leading through transitions in dynamic, high-growth product environments.
