This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Oversee a portfolio of enterprise transformation programs across the Advanced Synthesis platform, ensuring the achievement of strategic, operational, and financial goals.
• Direct the implementation of high-impact business initiatives that span multiple functions, business units, and global regions, fostering measurable value creation and business results.
• Develop and manage transformation frameworks, operating models, prioritization processes, and execution standards to promote accountability and consistency throughout the organization.
• Lead executive governance forums, steering committees, and strategic reviews, facilitating timely decision-making and efficient issue resolution.
• Drive discussions on prioritization and resource allocation in collaboration with senior business leaders to enhance business impact and execution efficiency.
• Identify enterprise-level risks, dependencies, and organizational challenges, proactively implementing mitigation strategies and corrective measures.
• Guide global cross-functional workstreams across commercial, operational, technical, quality, finance, strategy, and corporate functions.
• Assess and communicate program performance via KPIs, business outcome metrics, and value realization frameworks.
• Advocate for the continuous improvement of transformation capabilities, governance processes, and enterprise execution discipline.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on transformation strategy, organizational effectiveness, M&A integration efforts, and strategic execution priorities.
• Extensive and demonstrated experience in business transformation, enterprise PMO, strategic operations, management consulting, M&A, operational excellence, or related domains.
• Proven success in leading large-scale transformation programs and complex cross-functional initiatives within global, matrixed organizations.
• Strong background in influencing senior stakeholders and fostering alignment without direct authority across various business functions and organizational levels.
• Demonstrated capability to balance strategic insight with operational execution, converting business priorities into measurable outcomes.
• Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, manufacturing, or other highly regulated sectors is highly preferred.
• In-depth understanding of enterprise governance, portfolio management, strategic planning, and transformation delivery methodologies.
• Exceptional skills in communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive presentations.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through transformation initiatives, including operating model redesign, productivity enhancement, organizational effectiveness, growth acceleration, value creation, or integration programs.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments marked by ambiguity, complexity, and competing priorities.
