This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and programs aimed at achieving commercial objectives, business goals, and enhancing market share.
• Formulate and execute commercialization plans for both new and existing products.
• Provide differentiated value that aligns with the strategic objectives of the brand.
• Create and implement downstream marketing initiatives targeted at specific customer audiences.
• Design branded digital, social media, and print campaigns.
• Establish and execute support processes for distributors and subsidiaries that ensure compliant and brand-aligned messaging globally.
• Manage the downstream marketing budget, monitor ROI, analyze and report on KPI performance, and optimize spending across channels.
• Collaborate with upstream marketing and other departments on marketing initiatives for new products and services.
• Develop training programs and create medical educational content along with customer resources in partnership with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Create tools and programs for sales enablement that support customer engagement, acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Act as the digital voice of the product and enhance demand-generation strategies across channels.
• Track brand performance and conduct market research and analysis.
• Advocate for products within the organization and the aesthetic community.
• Build customer relationships and gather field and market insights to refine messaging, segmentation, and operational strategies.
• Provide internal thought leadership and remain updated on medical aesthetics trends through field engagement, research, advisory boards, congresses, and associations.
• Oversee a team of 3-5 individuals.
• Report directly to the Chief Product Officer.
• 5-7 years of marketing experience demonstrating a successful track record in the medical aesthetic device industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
• Proven experience in brand and product marketing.
• Knowledge of omni-channel marketing and digital strategies.
• Experience in managing personnel and external resources.
• Mandatory experience in both B2B and B2C environments.
• Ability and willingness to transition between hands-on tasks and strategic planning.
• Skill in distilling data into actionable insights and understanding metric-driven marketing.
• Capability to navigate ambiguity and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, hands-on, and creative approach.
• Self-directed learner with a flexible disposition.
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
