This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska, +6 more states.
• Develop and implement strategies that drive significant growth and are crucial to the success of AFG and the Region.
• Foster accountability for business outcomes (~1,570 advisors in the Mid-Atlantic) along with the financial oversight of the region.
• Ensure the operations of the Regional Vice President's office and the region are running smoothly, with all necessary tools and processes fully integrated for effective business management.
• Collaborate with various Franchise Field Vice Presidents (FFVPs) to ensure consistent operational execution across territories, enhancing revenue potential for the sales region.
• Oversee the annual business planning process and conduct periodic business assessments.
• Manage daily regional operations, including financial oversight and reporting responsibilities.
• Ensure effective business processes are established to proactively monitor and manage revenues, expenses, and recoveries.
• Develop and manage regional communications and systems to actively engage advisors in growth and development opportunities, uphold culture and community for advisors, and provide guidance to the leadership team.
• Lead and oversee the planning and execution of all region-wide initiatives (e.g., advisor training and development conferences), along with major projects and initiatives affecting the field (e.g., significant systems and process changes).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience required.
• Proven track record of driving results and measuring success against key metrics and priorities.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial management (total P&L) and related experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding and capability to effectively implement corporate policies.
• Proven experience in utilizing desktop tools for the development and maintenance of business systems and reports.
