This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Senior Director of FP&A serves as a high-level finance executive, holding complete strategic responsibility for financial planning, revenue and margin analysis, and collaboration across HealthEdge's SaaS and BPaaS business sectors.
• This position not only involves delivering financial insights but also plays a crucial role in shaping the strategic trajectory of the finance department and influencing the organization's capital allocation, performance management, and growth initiatives.
• Requires a blend of extensive FP&A knowledge, executive presence, and transformational leadership capabilities.
• Proactively identify financial and market risks before they arise; offer forward-thinking mitigation strategies and conduct scenario analyses.
• A Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline is mandatory.
• An MBA, CPA, or CFA is highly preferred.
• Over 12 years of progressive experience in FP&A or finance business partnership, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role overseeing a team of two or more direct reports.
• Proven experience in supporting Product, SaaS, or BPaaS organizations, with a strong grasp of the financial and operational distinctions among these business models.
• A background in a SaaS, technology, or software company is strongly preferred; experience in healthcare technology is an added advantage.
• A demonstrated ability to act as a strategic business partner to senior and C-suite executives, with the capability to influence without direct authority.
• Proven track record of leading finance transformations, which may include systems implementations, process redesign, or changes in operating models.
• Experience in leading or assisting with organizational change management initiatives, encompassing communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and tracking of adoption.
• Experience in supporting M&A due diligence and post-merger financial integration is preferred.
