Senior Director – Foundational Transformation, Integration Architecture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Lead the architectural direction for high-impact, enterprise-wide Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) initiatives.

• Ensure the coordinated execution, proactive risk management, and timely support for executive decision-making.

• Act as the architectural and integration authority across diverse program types.

• Convert intricate business and regulatory requirements into actionable infrastructure architectures.

• Create integration and separation blueprints for mergers and acquisitions as well as divestiture programs.

• Promote consistency and reuse of architectural patterns across various programs and regions.

• Formulate and oversee execution plans for significant transformation initiatives.

• Collaborate with platform teams, regional leaders, and business stakeholders.

• Identify and manage interdependencies among concurrent initiatives.

• Highlight emerging risks early and facilitate planning for mitigation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in infrastructure architecture, transformation, or enterprise IT program delivery.

• Proven experience leading I&O architecture during mergers and acquisitions or divestitures.

• Extensive knowledge of hybrid cloud, data center, network, and enterprise platform domains.

• Demonstrated capability to develop and communicate executive-level architectures, plans, and trade-off documents.

• Experience in managing complex programs involving cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders.

• Strong skills in risk identification, escalation, and mitigation practices.
