This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Present Litify AI functionalities to clients and prospects, customizing demonstrations to fit their unique legal workflows and use cases.

• Facilitate discovery sessions to gather and document client requirements, converting them into comprehensive solution designs.

• Develop and implement custom AI agent workflows on the Salesforce-based Litify AI platform, overseeing configuration from design through to launch.

• Act as the primary technical consultant for clients on Litify AI functionalities, best practices, and the product roadmap.

• Collaborate closely with your Project Manager to define, plan, and execute AI implementations within the designated timelines and budget.

• Work in partnership with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to address client needs, gather feedback, and ensure positive outcomes throughout the client journey.

• Establish success metrics for each deployment and promote adoption to help clients achieve tangible value.

• Create documentation for solution designs, configuration choices, and implementation guides for both client and internal purposes.

• Engage with Litify’s product and engineering teams to convey client feedback and shape the AI roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in Salesforce implementation, with advanced proficiency in Salesforce Flows and contemporary automation tools.

• You are a trusted consultant to clients — not merely a technical resource. You can comfortably guide a C-suite executive through a complex AI architecture while also translating the same concept for a non-technical end user.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a technical workstream from start to finish — from requirements gathering to delivery — with minimal supervision.

• Experience in a professional services, consulting, or client-facing implementation role.

• Background in designing and deploying AI agents or automated workflow solutions in a client-facing capacity.

• Practical experience with LLM-based tools, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration frameworks.

• Strong comprehension of the Salesforce data model, security architecture, object relationships, and platform capabilities.
