Principal Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and direct the security architecture strategy for the AI platform.

• Create and sustain a threat model tailored to AI-specific attack surfaces.

• Oversee design reviews for systems with significant impact.

• Manage the AI security roadmap.

• Act as a subject matter expert on AI security decisions across various teams.

• Collaborate with machine learning engineers to integrate security controls.

• Promote the implementation of zero-trust principles.

• Convert changing AI-specific regulations into actionable requirements.

• Generate executive-level security assessments.

• Serve as a liaison between security, platform engineering, and product management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in information security.

• A minimum of 5 years dedicated to cloud or platform architecture.

• Extensive hands-on proficiency in securing machine learning and AI systems.

• Proven experience with AI-specific threat vectors.

• Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Solid foundation in application security, cryptography, and secure software development life cycle (SSDLC).

• Experience in leading architectural decisions within a large-scale engineering organization.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
