Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives across the enterprise.

• Deliver strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership, derived from financial data analysis and market trends.

• Supervise the consolidation of financial outcomes and track performance against key metrics and objectives.

• Guide long-term financial planning and scenario modeling for strategic initiatives and opportunities for growth.

• Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams and offer financial guidance for significant business decisions.

• Establish and uphold financial governance and reporting frameworks.

• Mentor, develop, and lead a high-achieving FP&A team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Over 12 years of progressively advanced experience in financial planning and analysis.

• Demonstrated experience in a leadership position overseeing financial strategies at a corporate or divisional level.

• Expertise in advanced financial modeling and forecasting techniques.

• Profound understanding of corporate finance principles and key business performance drivers.

• Proficient in budget planning, scenario analysis, and variance reporting.

• Skilled in ERP systems and advanced functionalities of Excel.

• Capacity to convert complex financial concepts into actionable business insights.

• Fluency in English is mandatory.

• An MBA or related qualification is highly preferred.

• CPA designation is preferred.

• CFA certification is a plus.
