• Take ownership of the Americas field marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise revenue objectives, pipeline gaps, and regional sales priorities.
• Lead the team focused on field marketing, regional initiatives, and partner marketing throughout the Americas.
• Establish success metrics and accountability measures, including pipeline contribution, coverage, and deal acceleration.
• Set up regular performance reviews and pipeline inspections with Sales to quickly identify and address gaps.
• Position Field Marketing Managers and Partner Marketing Managers as key strategic marketing partners for Sales and Partners.
• Collaborate closely with Americas Sales leadership on territory planning, account prioritization, pipeline assessments, and forecast alignment, sharing responsibility for go-to-market planning and ensuring accountability for results.
• Design and implement scalable go-to-market programs, including executive events, regional campaigns, and partner-led initiatives customized for the Americas markets.
• Develop repeatable field marketing programs and execution frameworks that can scale across the Americas.
• Manage the North America budget allocation, prioritize investments, and maintain accountability for ROI across field programs.
• Establish foundational operating cadences, reporting standards, and performance management linked to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Drive change through evolving operating models, new processes, and shifting expectations within Marketing and Sales teams.
• Ensure consistent execution while providing flexibility to meet country- and market-specific needs.
• Foster a culture of inclusivity, valuing the unique strengths individuals bring to the team to enhance engagement and development opportunities.
• Represent Americas Field Marketing in global planning, executive forums, and cross-functional leadership reviews, bringing regional insights to shape global strategy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Over 12 years of B2B marketing experience, including senior leadership roles that support enterprise sales initiatives.
• Proven success in building and scaling field marketing teams, programs, and operational models.
• Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline creation, acceleration, and revenue impact in complex, multi-stakeholder buying environments.
• Experience managing multi-layered field marketing teams across regions, ideally including North America and LATAM, in markets with varying go-to-market maturity.
• Strong data-driven approach with experience utilizing Salesforce and Tableau or similar platforms for executive reporting.
• Capability to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and evolving strategies while sustaining momentum and accountability.
• Exceptional executive presence and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• B2B SaaS experience is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel within Australia and to other international locations as required.
