This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
β’ Guide, develop, and motivate the Strategic Enterprise Account Executives to help them exceed their goals and objectives.
β’ Foster a collaborative culture that emphasizes delivering measurable business value and achieving the desired outcomes for customers.
β’ Cultivate trust-based relationships with customers and partners to ensure sustainable success.
β’ Promote continuous learning regarding the innovations being offered to our clients through our data intelligence and GenAI solutions.
β’ Engage actively in the region's growth strategies, ensure accurate forecasting, and create a customer-centric, resilient, high-growth business.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in successfully building and managing high-growth sales teams that serve enterprise clients in the Big Data, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), Analytics, and AI sectors.
β’ Proven history of surpassing quotas and excelling in fast-paced Enterprise technology environments.
β’ Familiarity with value-based selling and sales methodologies, including MEDDPICC, Challenger, and Command of Message.
β’ Expertise in developing partner ecosystems to enhance strategic enterprise territories and ensure customer satisfaction.
β’ Strong experience in the Retail industry is preferred.
β’ Demonstrated success in leading teams focused on enterprise territories and driving consumption is essential.
