This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Formulate and implement the enterprise vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment plan for Enterprise Data & Intelligence, ensuring it aligns with Travere's business goals and long-term priorities.
β’ Create and refine an enterprise operating model that harmonizes centralized data platforms, governance, and standards with analytics owned by the business, tailored to organizational maturity, capability, and needs.
β’ Collaborate with business leaders across the organization to pinpoint opportunities where reliable data, reporting, and analytics enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and business results.
β’ Direct the strategy, architecture, and development of the enterprise data platform, ensuring it provides scalable, secure, and governed capabilities that facilitate enterprise reporting, analytics, digital innovation, and AI readiness.
β’ Implement a practical, maturity-based approach to enterprise data governance, data quality, stewardship, and information management that promotes business agility while safeguarding enterprise information assets.
β’ Establish the Enterprise Data & Intelligence function utilizing an MSP-first operating model, offering strategic leadership for managed service providers, technology partners, and the long-term enhancement of internal enterprise capabilities.
β’ Work alongside the Sr. Dir AI Strategy & Engineering to guarantee that enterprise data acts as a dependable foundation for AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation through well-defined ownership, governance, and collaborative practices.
β’ Oversee the Enterprise Data & Intelligence portfolio with executive oversight, which includes financial planning, technology investments, vendor management, and enterprise architecture, while acting as the executive advocate for enterprise data across Travere.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
β’ A Master's degree or equivalent advanced education is preferred.
β’ At least twelve (12) years of progressive leadership experience in Enterprise Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or related fields within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
β’ Proven success in developing enterprise data strategies, investment roadmaps, and operating models that align technological capabilities with business objectives.
β’ Demonstrated experience in leading enterprise data platform implementations using modern cloud technologies and scalable data architectures.
β’ Experience in building enterprise capabilities through a mix of internal teams, managed service providers, and strategic consulting partners.
β’ Proven track record in managing enterprise budgets, technology investments, vendor relationships, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
