This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Accountable for developing and expanding strategic enterprise partnerships throughout Asia.
• Take ownership of OKRs and create a robust pipeline of enterprise and institutional partnerships.
• Assess opportunities, manage lengthy and intricate sales processes, and finalize strategic agreements.
• Formulate sustainable partnership models that promote USDC growth and align with Circle’s overall business goals.
• Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic enterprise opportunities across the APAC region.
• Design and implement go-to-market strategies for high-revenue enterprise partnerships.
• Over 13 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, and strategic partnerships.
• More than 7 years of experience in developing or managing strategic enterprise partnerships.
• Profound knowledge of payment products, financial infrastructure, and enterprise sales cycles.
• Demonstrated success in closing high-impact strategic deals with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
• Strong connections with senior decision-makers within APAC's financial services, fintech, payments, or multinational enterprise sectors.
• Experience in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
• Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).
