• Assist senior leadership in the comprehensive formulation and execution of the analytics strategy related to employee benefits.
• Promote the creation of processes, tools, and templates to enhance service efficiency and quality.
• Recognize financial and analytical necessities and areas for operational enhancements in local markets and across the organization.
• Assess and manage opportunities along with service requirements of customers and prospects within a specific region or group of offices.
• Oversee the implementation of regional and national solutions, tools, processes, and other best practices in local markets.
• Collaborate with technology solutions and other business resource centers for the deployment of core and advanced service solutions.
• Act as a resource and thought leader for analytical services to customers, local offices, and the enterprise.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance directly to key customers and prospects, as required.
• Work alongside offices and team members to enhance service delivery.
• Support new business and prospecting initiatives as needed.
• Lead and manage a team of financial analysts in support of a region or territory, as required.
• Supervise a team of financial analysts located in various areas, supported by enterprise tools and processes.
• Oversee staffing and workflow of financial and analytical services throughout a region.
• Support teammate recruitment and skill development in local offices, as necessary.
• Ensure the delivery of overall service quality for a portfolio of customers.
• Assist in the training and development of financial services teammates, advancing knowledge and expertise across the enterprise.
• Participate in leadership meetings.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced skills in financial, actuarial, or underwriting fields are essential.
• In-depth technical knowledge of health and life insurance coverage.
• Over 15 years of progressive experience within the insurance industry.
• Proficient in common software applications including Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary software used by insurance companies.
• Comfortable navigating a matrix organization, focusing on collaboration with enterprise leadership and local offices and teammates.
• Able to work effectively in remote and hybrid settings across multiple office locations.
• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience is preferred.
