This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.
• Spearhead the digital transformation within the Service Applications department
• Supervise and enhance the skills of 4 teams comprising approximately 60 global resources
• Cultivate and uphold strong, collaborative partnerships with VPs and leaders throughout Call Center teams
• Manage the architecture and governance of the Salesforce platform
• Establish and uphold contemporary SDLC practices, including comprehensive testing for AI model performance
• Over 10 years of experience in technical leadership with an emphasis on enterprise applications
• Established experience or specialized training in HR/Service Technology transformation
• Ideally, 5+ years of direct experience with the Salesforce platform (Service Cloud)
• Advanced analytical skills with the capability to utilize predictive analytics
• Relevant technical certifications or leadership qualifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Salesforce Architect)
