Senior Director, Enablement – Shared Services

📋 Description

• Oversee the Enablement Business Operations function

• Ensure that enablement operates as a business with well-defined processes and operational excellence

• Guide, mentor, and develop managers and teams within Shared Services

• Collaborate with enablement leaders to fulfill operational requirements

• Manage reporting and governance frameworks to enhance program visibility

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in comparable enablement, business operations, or program management positions

• Demonstrated ability to build or expand operational functions within an enablement or go-to-market organization

• Experience in leading and nurturing managers, not solely individual contributors

• Strong focus on data and reporting

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
