This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Lead and guide a team of managers and senior professional staff (including M2, P4, and P3 levels).
β’ Direct the creation and implementation of comprehensive benefit, compensation, and recognition programs that align with corporate goals.
β’ Collaborate with and influence senior division executives, external vendors, and regulatory bodies to achieve business outcomes.
β’ 8β12 years of progressive experience in HR with a solid background in team leadership.
β’ A bachelorβs degree is mandatory; an advanced degree or relevant HR/Total Rewards certifications are strongly preferred.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of industry standards, departmental dynamics, and proficiency in resolving complex, multi-faceted business challenges.
β’ Demonstrated success in managing multiple interconnected teams, establishing organizational priorities, and crafting effective policies.
β’ Advanced/Fluent proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential for international collaboration.
β’ Employees have the option to work remotely.
