• Sets enterprise KPIs related to adoption, utilization, and growth; drives performance management initiatives.
• Over 12 years of progressive experience in medical device marketing with extensive downstream leadership roles.
• More than 7 years of experience in leading U.S. or global downstream/commercial marketing in highly competitive markets.
• Proven track record in launching and scaling complex, evidence-based therapies successfully.
• Possesses executive presence with the ability to influence senior commercial and clinical stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in KPIs, dashboards, and performance management.
• In-depth knowledge of FDA medical device regulations, quality systems, and legal review processes.
• Unwavering ethics, integrity, and sound judgment.
