Senior Director, Downstream Marketing

📋 Description

• Responsible for the global downstream strategy and implementation for the Evoke™ platform.

• Holds primary accountability for commercialization in the U.S.

• Acts as a key thought partner to senior commercial leadership.

• Directly influences Saluda’s capacity to establish clear market differentiation for Evoke™.

• Promotes physician adoption and utilization through robust field confidence.

• Owns and evolves the Evoke™ value proposition, supported by clinical evidence, technological leadership, and economic impact.

• Collaborates with Sales leadership to guarantee alignment between downstream strategy and field execution.

• Guides the creation of top-tier sales enablement tools and commercial programs.

• Manages downstream commercialization for new indications, upgrades, and significant product initiatives.

• Sets enterprise KPIs related to adoption, utilization, and growth; drives performance management initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of progressive experience in medical device marketing with extensive downstream leadership roles.

• More than 7 years of experience in leading U.S. or global downstream/commercial marketing in highly competitive markets.

• Proven track record in launching and scaling complex, evidence-based therapies successfully.

• Possesses executive presence with the ability to influence senior commercial and clinical stakeholders effectively.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in KPIs, dashboards, and performance management.

• In-depth knowledge of FDA medical device regulations, quality systems, and legal review processes.

• Unwavering ethics, integrity, and sound judgment.
