This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the growth strategy for the Digital Workplace division.
• Create a qualified pipeline that aligns with bookings, revenue, margin, and pull-through targets.
• Collaborate with Microsoft, Cognizant, and Sales teams to identify and cultivate strategic opportunities for workplace transformation.
• Foster trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, including CIOs, HR leaders, CISOs, and business executives.
• Position Digital Workplace as a vital capability for business transformation that enhances employee experience, productivity, collaboration, and adoption.
• Create and refine a portfolio of repeatable Digital Workplace offerings, methodologies, accelerators, and implementation frameworks.
• Lead intricate solution development efforts, including discovery, assessments, executive workshops, proposals, pricing, and contracting.
• Ensure the integration of Microsoft technologies with governance, security, organizational change, employee experience, and adoption.
• Provide executive oversight for strategic and high-stakes Digital Workplace projects.
• Establish standards for delivery quality, governance, security, adoption, and realization of business value.
• Collaborate with delivery leadership to guarantee that engagements meet client outcomes, financial targets, and contractual obligations.
• Build, nurture, and lead a high-performing team of workplace architects, consultants, engineers, adoption specialists, and delivery leaders.
• Oversee pipeline, bookings, revenue, gross margin, utilization, managed-services growth, and capability performance.
• Deliver executive reporting and strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Over 15 years of experience in Digital Workplace, Microsoft 365, enterprise collaboration, consulting, systems integration, or related sectors.
• More than 8 years in formal, progressive leadership roles within consulting, architecture, engineering, or professional services firms.
• Proven success in establishing or expanding Digital Workplace, Microsoft 365, collaboration, or employee experience capabilities.
• Extensive expertise in Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Entra, Windows, and modern workplace technologies.
• Experience in leading enterprise workplace transformation, collaboration, or Microsoft 365 modernization projects.
• Demonstrated success in developing and marketing consulting services while managing or influencing pipeline, bookings, and revenue.
• Strong executive communication and client advisory capabilities with the ability to link technology investments to tangible business results.
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary consulting teams within a matrixed organization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
