This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, develop, and implement comprehensive and data-driven digital communication strategies.
• Create cross-channel communication arcs for members.
• Establish and uphold best practices for collaboration across channels.
• Implement and manage effective tracking systems.
• Deliver regular reports containing actionable insights to organizational leadership.
• Lead a team of strategists focused on email, mobile, and web channels.
• Oversee interdepartmental processes for assessing the impact of digital strategies.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital communications and strategy.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience.
• 5 years of experience in issue-based or political advocacy.
• Demonstrated success in promoting collaboration among cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in implementing and managing effective tracking systems.
