This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Partner with Huron and senior leaders from the client side to develop and execute solutions that achieve goals.
• Deliver exceptional results that not only meet but often surpass defined engagement targets.
• Build lasting relationships that significantly benefit the firm, including generating additional project opportunities with clients.
• Lead teams, innovate solutions, and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Over 10 years of experience in the information technology or consulting sectors.
• More than 10 years of experience collaborating with vendor solutions, as well as leading vendor and partner sales and alliances.
• Strong client-centric approach – capable of engaging at the primary customer contact level.
• Proven breadth and depth of expertise in operational service delivery management, ideally in a global context.
• Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing significant enhancements in productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Strong commitment to development – a champion for nurturing employees, teams, and the overall business.
• Extensive experience in leading and managing teams (including matrix management) within an operational service delivery or shared services framework.
• Solid commercial and financial acumen, including oversight and coordination of budget responsibilities.
• Experience in sourcing bids from pre-sales to successful implementation, preferably in an international environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of the customer’s business and market sector, with the ability to leverage this knowledge to anticipate changing customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Proficient in systems and IT.
• Proven experience in contract negotiations and supplier management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, or a related IT field.
