Senior Director – Decision Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the enterprise strategy and governance framework for decision support and cost accounting.

• Act as a strategic advisor to the CFO and senior executive leadership.

• Lead decision support leaders, defining the enterprise direction for service line growth strategy.

• Oversee the systemwide decision support and cost accounting platform.

• Create the enterprise framework for evaluating capital investments.

• Guide the development of the enterprise reporting and analytics infrastructure.

• Build and manage a high-performing decision support and service line finance organization.

• Foster executive, clinical, and operational partnerships across BMCHS.

⛳️ Requirements

• MBA, MHA, or MPH degree required.

• At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare finance, decision support, or service line analytics.

• A minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position.

• Preferred experience with Strata or similar decision support/cost accounting platforms.

• Prior experience in an academic medical center or safety-net health system is preferred.

• Proven expertise in enterprise service line profitability, cost accounting platforms, financial modeling, and capital investment governance.

• Exceptional communication skills at the executive level.

• Advanced project management skills are required.
