Senior Director, Data Center Solutions – Architecture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement the strategic vision, technology roadmap, and solution architecture strategy for Infinite Electronics' Data Center division.

• Act as the principal technical advisor to clients, executives, and internal stakeholders, cultivating trusted relationships across hyperscale, AI infrastructure, colocation, and enterprise data center sectors.

• Spearhead the creation of innovative connectivity and interconnect solutions that align customer needs with business goals and operational capabilities.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to propel solution development, product innovation, and market growth.

• Shape product portfolio strategy, technology investments, and future roadmap decisions based on customer demands, market dynamics, and competitive insights.

• Foster revenue growth by facilitating strategic account planning, broadening customer relationships, and enhancing technical win rates across critical opportunities.

• Represent Infinite Electronics as a thought leader through executive briefings, industry conferences, customer interactions, and technical forums.

• Mentor and lead a team of architects, engineers, and technical specialists while promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and ongoing improvement.

• Establish best practices, governance processes, and performance metrics to guarantee successful solution implementation and business outcomes.

• Recognize emerging technologies, market prospects, and strategic partnerships that enhance Infinite Electronics' standing within the global data center ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.

• At least 15 years of progressive experience in data center infrastructure, networking, telecommunications, connectivity, cloud infrastructure, or related technology sectors.

• Minimum of 10 years in technical leadership, solution architecture, engineering leadership, product strategy, or customer-facing executive advisory positions.

• Proven success in leading complex customer engagements and enterprise-scale solution initiatives.

• Experience in influencing executive stakeholders and strategic technology decisions.

• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, network architecture, interconnect technologies, and cloud ecosystems.

• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional organizations and driving business growth through technical innovation.
