Senior Director – Cybersecurity Transformation, AI Security

📋 Description

• Spearhead enterprise-level cybersecurity transformation projects

• Create target-state security operating frameworks

• Formulate multi-year cybersecurity strategies in alignment with business objectives

• Provide guidance to organizations on utilizing AI and automation within security initiatives

• Establish strategies for AI-enhanced security operations and automated responses

• Assist organizations in updating their detection and response capabilities

• Spot opportunities for efficiency improvements through automation and platform integration

• Cultivate strong relationships with CISOs and executive stakeholders

• Lead proposal development and shape intricate consulting engagements

• Direct consulting teams executing transformation initiatives

• Contribute to the enhancement of Tevora’s cybersecurity advisory services

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or enterprise security leadership

• Experience with a leading consulting firm (Big Four, Accenture, or equivalent)

• Demonstrated capability to sell, develop, and implement enterprise cybersecurity transformation initiatives, including roadmaps and operational frameworks

• Knowledge of security automation, SOC modernization, and emerging AI-related security threats

• Strong executive presence and experience collaborating with C-suite stakeholders

• Authorization to work in the United States
