This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Exhibit a proven history of managing the CSM & Solutions team for Global 2000 clients
β’ Lead your teams to effectively collaborate with C-suite executives (CTO, CIO, CFO)
β’ Spearhead the creation of comprehensive enterprise GTM workflows
β’ Develop a team of "consultative experts"
β’ Promote synergy between Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success
β’ Over 15 years in technical leadership positions (Enterprise CSM, Solutions Architecture, or System Integration)
β’ Extensive knowledge of Platform, API, Agents, MCP, Data Orchestration, and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies
β’ Education: A B.S. in Data Science or a related discipline is preferred; an MBA or TOGAF certification is a notable advantage.
β’ You have a solid understanding of a P&L statement as well as GTM workflow and organizational design
