This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Take charge of HighLevel’s growth and success throughout Australia, acting as the company’s senior leader and representative in the region.
• Cultivate and expand HighLevel's agency ecosystem in Australia by establishing strategic relationships with agency owners, consultants, educators, influencers, affiliates, and ecosystem partners.
• Oversee the Australian business, encompassing market strategy, revenue growth, investment priorities, and regional P&L performance.
• Formulate and implement a multi-year vision and market strategy that accelerates customer growth, revenue, partnerships, and brand recognition.
• Identify and prioritize the most impactful opportunities for expansion and investment within the region.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on regional strategy, market dynamics, and growth opportunities.
• Impact company-wide priorities by relaying customer, partner, and market insights back to leadership.
• Lay the groundwork for HighLevel’s long-term presence and expansion across Australia and the wider APAC region.
• Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market penetration throughout Australia.
• Create and implement strategies to attract, convert, and engage agency customers in Australia, focusing on enhancing agency adoption, platform utilization, and long-term customer value.
• Proven track record in leading growth, partnerships, revenue, business development, entrepreneurship, or market expansion initiatives at scale.
• Demonstrated capability to build and grow businesses, markets, or business units.
• Experience collaborating directly with founders, executive leadership teams, or boards.
• Strong strategic thinking skills combined with a history of hands-on execution.
• Proven success in revenue growth and developing strategic relationships.
• Solid understanding of SaaS, digital marketing, agencies, or related sectors.
• Experience in building communities, partnerships, or affiliate programs.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and execute tasks with minimal guidance.
• Strong commercial and business insight.
• Existing connections within the Australian agency, marketing, or SaaS ecosystem (preferred).
• Experience in scaling a business, business unit, or market (preferred).
• Background in speaking at industry events and establishing personal brand authority (preferred).
• Familiarity with the HighLevel platform and ecosystem (preferred).
