This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Design and manage the global financial infrastructure, promoting high-performance accounting operations and strong financial reporting frameworks.
• Act as the liaison to the Executive Team and senior leadership, delivering essential insights to shape enterprise-wide business strategy.
• Lead the enterprise risk management strategy, ensuring compliance with regulations and protecting global assets from evolving financial threats.
• Advocate for digital transformation initiatives within the finance function to enhance efficiency, automation, and decision-support capabilities.
• Manage intricate global M&A integration processes, guaranteeing smooth financial consolidation and operational coherence.
• Create and enforce enterprise-wide financial policies that promote fiscal discipline, scalability, and compliance with global accounting standards.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing global finance leadership team, instilling a culture of strategic accountability and ongoing professional growth.
• Partner with the VP of Finance to outline the long-term financial roadmap, concentrating on capital efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth.
• Supervise audit strategies and complex relationships with external auditors, ensuring transparency and high standards of governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, accompanied by a required CPA certification.
• A minimum of twelve to fifteen (12–15) years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
• At least five to ten (5–10) years in a significant senior leadership role within a complex, global environment.
• Two to three (2–3) years of experience at the Director level.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements, with a proven ability to oversee audits and ensure compliance.
• Proficient in financial systems and software, with significant experience using Sage or comparable ERP platforms.
• High proficiency in the Google Workspace technology ecosystem.
• Expertise in developing financial models, conducting variance analysis, and driving process enhancements across finance functions.
• Demonstrated skill in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making within complex organizational frameworks.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to influence and engage senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Proven strengths in team leadership, delegation, and coaching, promoting high performance and accountability.
• Analytical mindset with a robust problem-solving orientation and the capability to manage change in a dynamic business landscape.
• Must be available to work during US EST business hours with some flexibility and necessary schedule overlap.
• Nice-to-haves: MBA or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance, along with prior experience in a global BPO environment.
