
Senior Director, Consulting – Managed Care Expertise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Acts as the primary delivery lead for client engagements, leveraging subject-matter expertise in direct client interactions.
• Ensures the quality, timeliness, and accuracy of all deliverables.
• Holds sub-P&L accountability for designated clients, products, or geographical regions.
• Discovers and pursues opportunities to broaden the scope with current clients.
• Aids in the development of proposals and participates in scoping discussions.
• Manages and nurtures direct reports; oversees staffing and workload management.
• Functions as a trusted intermediary for both internal and external executive stakeholders.
• Tracks KPIs such as utilization, client satisfaction, and project results.
• Recognizes industry trends to guide service innovation.
• Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Public Health, Health Administration, business, or economics.
• Advanced degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Public Health, Health Administration, business, economics, or MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 15 years of combined experience in Medicaid and public healthcare policy management and/or the healthcare consulting sector.
• Proven experience in business development and account growth; strategy consulting experience is preferred.
• Experience in managing large or complex projects; ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently.
• Acknowledged leader in the healthcare sector with demonstrated expertise in strategy and management.
• Extensive experience with complex managed care populations.
• Experience in leading negotiations in intricate situations.
• Preferred experience in people management.
• Expected working knowledge of managed care financing and rate-setting concepts.
• Required proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
