This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Act as the leading and primary testifying expert in significant construction disputes.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of design and construction flaws and deficiencies.
• Deliver intricate technical and causation insights during depositions and trials.
• Manage and execute forensic examinations of relevant design and construction documents.
• Oversee data collection efforts and supervise project team members.
• Lead the planning of engagement work, including proposals, budgeting, and client interactions.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture from a recognized institution.
• An advanced degree is preferred.
• An architectural license is required.
• NCARB certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in the construction or engineering field.
• At least 5 years of focused experience in disputes and forensic consulting related to construction defects.
• A proven track record as an Active Testifying Expert in matters concerning construction defects and standards of care.
• Technical expertise in design, building codes, and construction methodologies.
• Experience with forensic analysis methods pertinent to construction deficiencies.
