This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of Progyny’s Maternal Health Program.
• Establish program design, clinical specifications, new program components, integration across programs, and scaling of current offerings.
• Supervise programs while identifying, researching, and implementing opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Develop insights about members, clients, and partners to drive program innovation and expansion.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to refine product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and value narratives for clients and members.
• Shape the long-term program strategy as part of the Product leadership team.
• Convert clinical program needs into briefs and Clinical and Business Requirement Documents.
• Design programs and enhancements while ensuring operational readiness and launch capability.
• Align product portfolios to provide exceptional experiences for members, providers, clients, and partners.
• Partner with various departments to address member and client escalations.
• Ensure clinical programs comply with regulatory requirements, clinical quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Lead the development and monitoring of clinical KPIs and Performance Guarantees.
• Integrate evidence-based, lived-experience-informed protocols into program design and operational workflows.
• Secure and manage external clinical expertise and partnerships.
• Utilize analytics and Business Intelligence to track performance and foster continuous improvement.
• Define, monitor, and enhance KPIs related to clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and member experience.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product and/or program managers.
• Cultivate a high-performing, collaborative team dedicated to innovation and accountability.
• Influence and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Clinician (Midwife, RN, PA, or LCSW) or researcher (PhD or MPH).
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and assessing evidence-based maternal health programs.
• Over 10 years of experience in Clinical Program Management.
• Proficient in all aspects of the program lifecycle.
• Strong clinical insight and a dedication to evidence-based care.
• Capability to navigate uncertainty, resolve complex issues, and drive innovation.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Outstanding executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities.
• Must be located in the United States.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.
