This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Spearhead the clinical and digital endpoint strategy specific to therapeutic areas and enterprise clients.
β’ Provide expert guidance to customers on the selection, implementation, and enhancement of clinical and digital endpoints, as well as evidence generation strategies within clinical programs.
β’ Remain informed about emerging trends in digital measures, endpoint validation, and clinical innovation, converting insights into actionable guidance for customers.
β’ Take ownership of developing and maintaining therapeutic area frameworks that include clear, concise, and reusable assets (such as one-pagers, narratives, and playbooks) to support commercial growth, identifying variations by therapeutic area, existing gaps, and methods to augment via internal or external experts.
β’ Collaborate with internal clinical, product, and commercial teams to ensure that therapeutic area strategies are practical and in line with platform capabilities.
β’ Work with Medable to establish external advisory connections (such as KOLs/strategists) to maintain the credibility and currency of frameworks.
β’ Serve as a trusted advisor to both internal and senior customer stakeholders, facilitating discussions on digital transformation and portfolio-level planning.
β’ Focus on long-term customer value realization instead of transactional or study-level adoption.
β’ Partner with Product, Medical, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure that customer needs and therapeutic area strategies are integrated into platform development and messaging.
β’ Oversee strategy execution within designated therapeutic areas and accounts, contributing to strategy formulation at the portfolio level.
β’ Responsible for the quality, credibility, and effectiveness of the clinical and digital endpoint strategy provided to customers.
β’ Over 12 years of experience in clinical development, digital health, life sciences consulting, or similar roles, preferably within a CRO or service provider, or a combination of education and experience.
β’ Proven experience in supporting therapeutic area-level strategies, enterprise clients, or platform-based clinical solutions, with the capability to act as a credible clinical and strategic advisor to senior sponsor stakeholders.
β’ Familiarity with digital endpoints, sensors, real-world data, or evidence-generation strategies is highly valued.
β’ Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with the skill to translate complex clinical concepts into clear value narratives.
β’ Strong collaboration capabilities and comfort working in matrixed environments.
β’ Commercial awareness with the ability to drive account growth and enterprise positioning.
