Senior Director, Change Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, maintain, and constantly enhance the organization’s Change Management capabilities at the project/program, portfolio, and Enterprise levels.

• Create Change Management strategies that reduce disruption and resource strain across projects, programs, portfolios, and enterprise initiatives.

• Take ownership of the training strategy for change initiatives, encompassing program design, development, delivery, and ongoing enhancement.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to establish processes for effectively deploying change to relevant audiences at suitable intervals.

• Assist executive operational leadership in developing cohesive Change Management and communication strategies.

• Identify sources of truth, necessary tools, standardization, procedures, and roles essential for executing Change Management.

• Influence stakeholders and facilitate governance discussions on reprioritization and trade-offs.

• Offer strategic oversight throughout the change implementation process by planning communications and training, coordinating resources, and monitoring success measures post-implementation.

• Report progress, performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement to stakeholders throughout Monogram Health.

• Build strong working relationships and establish credibility across the organization.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• At least five (5) years of experience in change management, healthcare operations, consulting, or similar roles.

• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and governing Change Management initiatives.

• Capable of synthesizing complex information and presenting it clearly to key audiences.

• A demonstrated history of achieving results and successfully navigating a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

• Skilled in synthesizing and disseminating information to foster action-oriented discussions among stakeholders and facilitate successful change.

• Strong influencing, collaboration, and communication skills across all organizational levels, including the Senior Leadership Team.

• ADKAR certification or a similar qualification is preferred.
