This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of sales objectives related to CLM implementation, migration, abstraction, managed services, and AI-driven contract services.
• Create new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, partner channels, industry events, and networking within the market.
• Forge strong connections with leaders in legal, procurement, contract operations, and legal operations.
• Represent CLM services at various industry events, conferences, and partner roadshows.
• Oversee the deal cycle from qualification to proposal formulation, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with CLM platform partners and consulting firms to influence lead generation.
• Collaborate across functions with marketing, delivery, and partnerships to enhance the go-to-market strategy.
• Deliver precise forecasting, pipeline updates, and sales reports for leadership's review.
• Mentor and coach junior members of the sales/BD team.
• 10–15+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales within the legal tech, CLM, SaaS services, managed legal services, or legal process outsourcing sectors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of CLM platforms (such as Ironclad, Agiloft, Sirion, Icertis, etc.) and contract management processes.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve or surpass annual sales targets ranging from $3–10M+.
• Established relationships with stakeholders in legal and procurement (GCs, Legal Ops, CPOs).
• Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and commercial structuring abilities.
• A valid U.S. visa (or eligibility to travel to the United States without sponsorship) is highly preferred due to the global travel demands of the position.
