This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Presenting Cytel’s vision and distinctive value proposition through impactful interactions with potential clients and customized client-facing materials.
• Facilitating the growth of the organization’s customer base.
• Collaborating with current account teams and operational experts to implement the sales strategy across a wide array of companies worldwide.
• Identifying and nurturing high-potential clients through effective sales enablement tools, engaging client meetings, and high-quality proposals.
• A university degree is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
• Familiarity with Biostatistics, Statistical Programming, Data Management, and Data Science services.
• Proven track record in biometric sales, with a strong foundation in selling within the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector.
• A history of meeting and exceeding sales targets, particularly within the software model, by acquiring new business and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
• Proficiency in managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—while collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
• Over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, specifically in selling clinical trial delivery services to biopharmaceutical clients.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution within complex, global organizations.
• Strong teamwork abilities, with the capacity to collaborate across internal teams, including commercial, operational, and leadership groups.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in account management is advantageous.
