Senior Director, Business Development – APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Cultivating strategic partnerships throughout Asia

• Taking ownership of OKRs and developing the partnership pipeline

• Assessing potential partners, negotiating contracts, and finalizing agreements with key strategic allies

• Establishing and expanding strategic USDC partnerships with major distribution partners across Asia

• Collaborating across departments to design and implement effective activation and growth initiatives

• Creating innovative partnership strategies to foster business expansion

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 13 years of experience in business development or a related field

• More than 7 years of experience in building strategic partnerships within fintech, banking, payments, and/or financial services

• Demonstrated success in negotiating and securing high-impact strategic agreements with C-level executives

• Exceptional pipeline management skills and the ability to prioritize a wide range of initiatives to enhance business growth

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in Mandarin being a significant advantage

• Passion for building at the initial stages of projects.
