Senior Director, Brand & Communications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Lead and enhance CallMiner's global brand visibility and corporate communications strategy.

• Influence the perceptions of CallMiner among diverse stakeholders.

• Create and implement brand strategy in alignment with corporate goals.

• Manage the strategy and execution of public relations efforts.

• Supervise the development of content and thought leadership initiatives.

• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure branding consistency.

• Work with cross-functional teams to boost awareness and market credibility.

• Establish and nurture relationships with industry analysts.

• Oversee the production of impactful content that supports business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in brand marketing, corporate communications, public relations, or similar fields within B2B technology/SaaS organizations.

• Strong preference for experience in both agency and in-house settings.

• Proven track record of leading integrated brand and communications strategies that yield measurable business results.

• Robust experience in media relations and analyst relations.

• Exceptional storytelling, writing, editing, and executive communication abilities.

• Experience in managing agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Demonstrated capacity to think strategically while handling daily operations.

• In-depth understanding of enterprise technology markets and go-to-market strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
