Senior Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Guide the team in managing a property portfolio comprising over 30 buildings to guarantee the high standard of service provided to clients and tenants.

• Develop proposals for new business ventures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management or a related field.

• Minimum of 15 years' experience in the property management sector.

• Preferred holder of a Tier 1 Property Management Practitioner License under PMSO.

• Professional affiliation with HKIH, MCIH, or CIH will be a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with the Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, DMC, and other relevant regulations.

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

• Exceptional client relationship management skills.

• Self-motivated with the capability to perform well under pressure.

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Competent in using PC applications including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
