• Develop creative, insightful, and impactful content that serves as essential resources.
• Generate fresh insights and concepts through thought leadership, providing compelling and actionable solutions that enhance the client's capacity to act.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses to uncover the underlying causes of a client’s challenges or overall requirements and reframe perspectives to advance strategic initiatives.
• Exhibit thought leadership by establishing Insight positions within a team of analysts.
• Present thought-provoking, independent insights to Gartner leaders that can influence the direction of a research agenda.
• Research, assess, and forecast market trends and changes to deliver actionable insights to clients and vendors.
• Offer clients and prospects actionable guidance tailored to their specific content area through virtual or in-person engagements.
• Design and present high-value presentation materials for Gartner events, industry and professional association conferences, and client briefings.
• Support BTI and Sales: Assist in sales efforts by representing the voice of the market to aid Insights teams in content creation and foster engagement with clients to address their critical priorities for business growth.
• Identify opportunities for research process enhancements or create new methodologies that enable the team and BTI to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain a client-centric approach while proactively encouraging clients to engage regularly with Gartner insights and interactions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in an Analyst Relations team or in a leadership role is essential.
• Expertise in planning, developing, and implementing an evaluative and advisory AR program is necessary.
• Experience in utilizing tools and technologies to support the strategic execution and operational aspects of the analyst relations function to meet objectives is required.
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to thrive under tight deadlines while producing high-quality deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with analytical and presentation abilities; capable of engaging clients and responding effectively to inquiries.
• Proficient in data analysis and synthesis; able to effectively apply patterns and frameworks while drawing and justifying conclusions related to client challenges.
• Subject matter expert; comfortable presenting at both large and small-scale speaking events.
