This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop innovative, thought-provoking, and impactful research that offers compelling, objective, and actionable guidance for Gartner clients in various formats (e.g., writing, video, infographics, podcasts) on topics that may include, but are not limited to, strategies for organization design, work processes, team and role structuring, and job architecture.
• Provide personalized advice based on quantitative and qualitative data tailored to specific client roles for CHROs and other senior HR leaders through video-based presentations and discussions.
• Monitor and collaborate closely with vendors, market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to stay ahead in the AI-driven Org Design sector.
• Generate new insights and ideas through thought leadership and present actionable approaches to meet clients' needs and requests, enhancing their ability to take decisive action.
• Conduct thorough analyses to uncover the root causes of clients' barriers or overall needs, reframing their perspectives to advance strategic initiatives.
• Exhibit thought leadership by establishing insightful positions across a team of analysts.
• Provide provocative, independent insights to Gartner leaders that can influence the direction of the research agenda.
• Research, analyze, and forecast market trends and shifts to deliver actionable insights to clients and vendors.
• Offer clients and prospects actionable advice aligned with their specific content area through virtual or face-to-face interactions.
• Create and present high-value presentation materials for Gartner events, industry conferences, and client briefings.
• Support BTI and Sales: Deliver sales support by acting as the market voice to assist Insights teams in creating content and driving client engagement to achieve their critical business priorities.
• Ensure high-quality and timely content peer review.
• Establish credibility as an industry expert to effectively represent Gartner insights, methodologies, and strategies.
• Actively engage in innovation, ideation, and research discussions, collaborating effectively with peers in the Insights community.
• Identify opportunities for research process improvements or create new processes that enhance service delivery for the team and BTI.
• Serve as a mentor and coach by providing support to junior team members.
• Maintain a client-centric approach while proactively encouraging clients to engage regularly with Gartner insights and interactions.
• Bachelor's degree and over 12 years of relevant experience in the field or industry.
• Proven expertise in all aspects of Organizational Design, including but not limited to job architecture design, workflow implementation, and internal mobility programs.
• A deep understanding of the challenges faced by CHROs as leaders managing organization design efforts at various levels (enterprise, business unit, team).
• Proficiency in organizational design techniques and practices, along with insights into how OD will evolve in the AI era.
• Demonstrated executive presence; able to quickly establish credibility with executives and other stakeholders.
• Strong organizational abilities; capable of working under tight deadlines to produce high-quality deliverables.
• Proven excellence in research and writing skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical abilities, and presentation skills; capable of engaging clients and effectively responding to inquiries.
• Skilled in analyzing and synthesizing data; able to identify patterns and frameworks while drawing and defending conclusions related to client challenges.
• Excellent communicator who can explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Subject matter expert comfortable presenting at both large and small-scale speaking engagements.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Extensive knowledge of the global and competitive landscape within the subject area and its market interactions.
• Ability to work independently while being intrinsically motivated to collaborate across teams and support others' workflows in a multicultural global team.
• Learning agility and adeptness in navigating highly matrixed environments.
• Ability to effectively represent Gartner's research methodologies and strategies at all organizational levels.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% (as applicable).
