This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop innovative and thought-provoking content focused on Learning & Development (L&D) and skills management technology.
• Generate new insights through thought leadership to cater to client needs.
• Perform comprehensive analyses to uncover barriers faced by clients and enhance strategic approaches.
• Offer clients actionable recommendations that align with their specific content area.
• Create and present materials for Gartner events and conferences.
• Provide sales assistance and mentor junior team members.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 12 years of relevant industry experience.
• In-depth knowledge of L&D and skills management platforms and technologies.
• Significant experience with software tools such as Cornerstone, Dayforce, Gloat, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Skillsoft, and Workday.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with analytical and presentation abilities.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Subject matter expertise and comfort in presenting to both large and small audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
