Senior Director Analyst – Integrated Business Planning, S&OP

📋 Description

• Drive innovative insights to enhance supply chain planning processes.

• Provide guidance to Senior Supply Chain planning leaders on product portfolio management, demand forecasting, and S&OP.

• Lead assessments of processes and capabilities to ensure alignment between performance and strategy.

• Develop creative and impactful insights content.

• Conduct research and analysis to forecast market trends.

• Offer actionable recommendations relevant to the content area through virtual or in-person engagements.

• Act as the voice of the market to support BTI and Sales.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in supply chain planning.

• A minimum of 5 years in leadership roles within supply chain planning (such as S&OP leader, IBP leader, etc.).

• Experience overseeing supply chain planning for manufacturers across various industries.

• Preference for familiarity with both process and discrete operations.

• Ideally, industry experience in high tech, semiconductors, hyperscalers, networks, or consumer electronics.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication, combined with analytical and presentation skills.

• Skilled in data analysis and synthesis.
