• Cultivate new insights and concepts through thought leadership initiatives.

• Conduct comprehensive analyses to uncover the root causes of client challenges or needs.

• Exhibit thought leadership by establishing Insights positions within a team of analysts.

• Investigate, analyze, and forecast market trends and transitions.

• Deliver actionable recommendations to clients and prospects that align with their specific content areas.

• Create and present high-value presentation materials for Gartner events and client briefings.

• Offer sales support by acting as the voice of the market.

• Establish credibility as an industry authority.

• Identify enhancements to the research process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.

• Over 12 years of relevant industry or field experience.

• Extensive knowledge of current and upcoming leadership trends.

• Significant experience dealing with people leadership topics.

• Practical experience in leading investments in cloud computing.

• Experience in formulating and articulating technology and business adoption scenarios.

• Proven track record in developing guidance on AI infrastructure strategies.

• Understanding of how to integrate AI solutions into existing network infrastructure.

• Familiarity with AI models and automation technologies.

• Experience navigating the complex political dynamics of key stakeholders.

• Strong organizational abilities; capable of meeting tight deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

• Proficient in data analysis and synthesis.

• Subject matter expertise and comfortable presenting at both large and small-scale engagements.

• Strong business and financial acumen.

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating across teams.

• Learning agility and adept at navigating complex, matrixed environments.

• Willingness and capability to travel up to 25% (where applicable).
