This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Produce innovative and thought-provoking content that provides insights.
• Generate new ideas and insights through thought leadership initiatives.
• Conduct research, analyze, and forecast market trends to deliver actionable insights.
• Design and present high-value materials for Gartner events.
• Assist BTI and Sales by providing support as the voice of the market.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.
• Over 12 years of relevant experience in the field or industry.
• Extensive knowledge of CRM platforms and customer engagement architectures.
• Proven track record of analyzing and forecasting CRM market trends.
• Demonstrated experience in advising or leading CRM functions within technology vendors or consulting firms.
• In-depth understanding of the global CRM landscape.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to perform under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with analytical and presentation abilities.
