• Generate innovative, thought-provoking, and essential “must-have insights” content.

• Cultivate new insights and concepts through thought leadership.

• Conduct thorough analyses to pinpoint the underlying causes of client obstacles.

• Exhibit thought leadership in defining Insights positions.

• Offer challenging, independent insights to Gartner leaders.

• Research, analyze, and forecast market trends.

• Deliver actionable advice to clients and prospects.

• Design and present high-value presentation materials.

• Provide sales support by acting as the voice of the market.

• Establish credibility as an industry expert.

• Identify improvements in research processes or create new methodologies.

• Mentor and coach junior team members by offering support.

• Maintain a client-centric approach while assisting clients in engaging with Gartner insights regularly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred.

• Over 12 years of relevant experience in the field or industry.

• Expertise in AI Risk Management, AI Agents and Agentic AI, AI Operating Models, and AI Implementation.

• Solid understanding of best practices for AI risk management.

• Experience in integrating AI governance and risk controls across various business units.

• Experience in developing or collaborating with businesses on next-generation agent architectures.

• Managing the rollout of generative AI solutions.

• Proven executive presence.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Proven excellence in research and writing skills.

• Proficient in written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, and presentation skills.

• Ability to analyze and synthesize data effectively.

• Strong communication abilities.

• Subject matter expertise in relevant fields.

• Strong business and financial acumen.

• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively across teams.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
