This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and oversee the enterprise AI product portfolio across various business functions, corporate services, media, and athlete performance sectors.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact AI opportunities in collaboration with strategy and functional leaders.
• Develop product roadmaps for AI-enhanced experiences, copilots, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents.
• Align AI investments with the overall enterprise strategy, governance requirements, and measurable business outcomes.
• Create metrics for product success, adoption goals, and frameworks for value realization.
• Design innovative operating models that incorporate AI agents into business processes and workflows.
• Revamp workflows to facilitate human-AI collaboration, including processes that enhance or automate work.
• Establish standards and methodologies for agent orchestration and human-agent interaction models.
• Assemble and lead a team of AI Product Managers.
• Implement product management practices for AI and agentic systems.
• Direct product prioritization, roadmap management, requirement definition, and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with AI engineering, data science, platform, security, and architecture teams from conceptualization through deployment.
• Oversee multidisciplinary design efforts for intuitive AI, conversational agents, and AI-enabled workflow experiences.
• Develop repeatable design patterns for copilots, agents, and human-AI workflow integration.
• Create frameworks to assess utilization, engagement, productivity gains, business outcomes, and financial returns.
• Promote organizational adoption in partnership with HR, Communications, Learning, and functional leadership teams.
• Establish feedback mechanisms to continuously enhance AI products and experiences.
• Act as the primary liaison between business leaders and AI delivery teams.
• Facilitate alignment among strategy, technology, operations, data, governance, risk, and change management functions.
• Support executive steering committees and portfolio governance processes.
• Over 15 years of leadership experience in product management, operations, strategy, digital transformation, consulting, analytics, or technology leadership.
• Proven track record in driving enterprise-scale transformation and AI-enabled business results.
• Experience in leading AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Agentic AI, Automation, or Digital Product organizations.
• Background in designing enterprise workflows and operating models, as well as building or scaling AI-enabled products and services.
• Experience in sectors such as retail, media, consumer, technology, sports, healthcare, financial services, or similarly complex enterprises is preferred.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI, governance frameworks, and AI risk management.
• Knowledge of AI-powered products, copilots, intelligent applications, autonomous agents, and agentic business workflows.
• Understanding of knowledge fabric, AI models, AI-enabled workflows, agent orchestration, and human-agent interaction models.
• Ability to collaborate with AI engineering, data science, platform, security, and architecture teams from concept through deployment.
• Knowledge of standards for conversational experiences, agent interactions, AI-enabled workflows, and repeatable design patterns for human-AI workflow integration.
• Familiarity with frameworks for measuring AI utilization, engagement, productivity gains, business outcomes, financial returns, user satisfaction, operational efficiency, and time-to-value.
• Strategic mindset to connect AI opportunities with enterprise value creation and long-term business strategy.
• Systems thinking ability to redesign end-to-end workflows that integrate people, processes, technology, and AI agents.
• Product leadership skills to develop and scale AI product portfolios that drive measurable outcomes.
• Expertise in human-centered design to create trustworthy and impactful human-AI collaboration experiences.
• Ability to influence and lead organizational change across diverse stakeholders, competing priorities, and transformative initiatives.
